Tom is a former McKinsey SeniorPartner with deep operational expertise in sales and go-to-market in the enterprise software industry. During his tenure at McKinsey, Tom led several sales led growth initiatives in enterprise software companies in Silicon Valley. He is an expert in enterprise sales and has helped companies of all sizes build high performing sales teams. Prior to joining Gaia as an OiR, he was the General Manager of Aera Technologies, an AI-powered B2B platform that is enabling workflow automation across procurement and supply chain.
